For over 24 years, Property Logistics has been Western Australia's dedicated partner for infrastructure property acquisition. Founded in 2000, we've built our entire practice around one specialised focus: securing land tenure for major infrastructure projects, largely across WA, and also in NSW and Victoria.

Unlike generalist property consultants who handle residential sales, commercial leasing, and everything in between, we exclusively work on infrastructure acquisition. This singular focus means we've developed deep expertise in the unique challenges of securing rights for wind farms, solar installations, transmission lines, pipelines, telecommunications facilities, and battery energy storage systems.

Our Perth-based team understands Western Australia's distinctive property landscape—from the complexities of Crown land and pastoral leases to the sensitivities of native title and heritage considerations. Leadership & Expertise

Property Logistics is led by Natalie Wilkie, who brings a rare combination of property credentials that directly benefit infrastructure clients. As a licensed real estate agent with a triennial certificate and former practicing property valuer, Natalie understands both sides of property acquisition: the legal and regulatory requirements of securing tenure, and the valuation principles that ensure fair compensation for landowners.

This dual expertise proves invaluable when negotiating with landowners, whether on pastoral properties in the Wheatbelt, Crown land in the Pilbara, or private holdings in the Southwest. Natalie's professional background across multiple property disciplines means she can anticipate issues, structure agreements appropriately, and speak the language of valuers, surveyors, lawyers, and landowners alike.

Her experience spans the full spectrum of tenure types required for infrastructure projects—from straightforward purchase contracts and leases to complex easement negotiations, Crown land licences, and even compulsory acquisition processes when necessary for public benefit projects.
