Property Logistics is a Perth-based specialist property consultancy providing land acquisition, land assembly and tenure negotiation services for infrastructure and environmental projects across Western Australia.
With extensive experience in land acquisition and land tenure, we assist clients to identify and assess suitable land, undertake property due diligence, engage with landowners and negotiate the property and tenure arrangements required to progress their projects.
Our Story
Established in 2000, Property Logistics has specialised in property acquisition for infrastructure projects for more than 24 years.
Our work is focused on the land and property requirements of infrastructure and environmental projects. We assist clients with projects involving renewable energy, transmission infrastructure, water pipelines, telecommunications facilities and environmental offset land.
Our involvement can commence with initial land identification and continue through property due diligence, landowner engagement, commercial negotiations and securing the required property tenure.
Leadership & Expertise
Property Logistics is led by Natalie Wilkie, a licensed Western Australian real estate agent with a triennial certificate and a background in property valuation.
Natalie holds a Bachelor of Business in Valuation and Land Administration from Curtin University and has worked across a broad range of property acquisition and infrastructure projects.
This combination of property, valuation and acquisition experience provides a strong understanding of land tenure, property interests, acquisition pricing and the commercial considerations involved in securing land for infrastructure and environmental projects.

We don't undertake residential sales or general commercial property management. Our work is focused on the property requirements of infrastructure and environmental projects, allowing us to provide dedicated support throughout the land acquisition process.
WA Property & Tenure Knowledge
Our work across Western Australia has involved freehold and Crown land, together with projects where native title, heritage, planning and other land interests need to be identified and considered.
We are experienced in a range of tenure arrangements, including contracts for sale, leases, licences, deeds, easements and Crown land tenure.
Landowner Engagement & Negotiation
Successful land acquisition requires more than identifying suitable land. We take the time to understand each project so we can explain it clearly to landowners, including what is proposed, how their land may be affected and what the process involves. We recognise that infrastructure projects can be unfamiliar and technical, and communicate the relevant information in a clear and practical way.
We engage directly with landowners throughout the process, negotiate commercial terms and work with project teams and legal advisers to progress agreed property arrangements.
Project-Based Delivery
Our services can be tailored to the requirements and stage of each project. We can undertake individual property investigations or manage broader acquisition programs involving multiple properties, landowners and tenure arrangements.
