Property Logistics has extensive experience dealing with Western Australian Government departments, agencies and local authorities in connection with land required for infrastructure projects.
Our work has involved negotiating access to and tenure over government-owned and managed land, together with navigating the property, planning and approval processes associated with those transactions.
